Deleting a Customer Class

1. When you first enter the Customer Class option a Select An Option window will appear listing the customer classes defined in the system. Scroll to the customer class you would like to delete and press Enter to confirm your selection.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the customer class.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the customer class.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Delete. The customer class is now deleted.

Note: You cannot delete a customer class if records associated with the customer class are found in the system history or in other tables.
